Scored Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

1. Introduction

Scored (scored.bio) is an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between scored and its members.

By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on scored, you are fully accepting these terms. Please read each clause carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team in Bangla.

2. Account Registration

To register with scored, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may only hold one account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, address, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If someone else accesses your account or you notice any suspicious activity, notify Scored immediately.
• You are required to cooperate with the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This may include submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.

Account Information Update

If any of your personal details change (such as address or phone number), you must notify scored Support immediately. scored will not be held responsible for any withdrawal delays caused by incorrect information.

3. Age & Eligibility

Eligibility requirements to use Scored:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting must be legal under the laws of the user's own country.
• Individuals advised to abstain from betting due to a mental health condition or a court order are not permitted to use scored.
• Scored employees and their immediate family members are subject to restrictions on using the betting services.

If valid proof of age cannot be provided during verification, the account will be suspended.

4. Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Scored, here are the essential rules you should know:

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only confirmed once the scored system has successfully processed it. scored will not be liable for any bets that fail to register due to network issues.
• Scored reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Once a match has kicked off, specific bets can no longer be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.

Bet Amount Limits

Circumstances Under Which a Bet May Be Voided

• If a match is abandoned or postponed for more than 48 hours beyond its scheduled time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be voided.
• Scored reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or credit issued due to a system error.

5. Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit

• The minimum deposit is ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are usually instant — if yours fails, please contact support.
• Deposits from another person's account are not permitted.

Withdraw

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.

Currency & Conversion

Scored processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and a conversion fee may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General terms and conditions for Scored bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games. A list of eligible games is provided on each bonus page.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Scored reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus for new members applies to the first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household will result in the bonus being forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on scored:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through Scored.
• System Exploit: Exploiting erroneous odds or game bugs.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate or fix outcomes.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing an unjustified chargeback after making a deposit.
• Using Another Person's Information: Using another person's name, identity, or payment details.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Your information is never shared unless required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.
• Users may request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

9. Responsible Gaming

Scored believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. That's why we offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount within a specified time period.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Scored reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
• Direction from legal authorities.
• Account closure at the member's own request (Self-Exclusion).

Scored conducts an investigation before closing any account. If you are found to be in the clear, your account will be reinstated.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Scored may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• For significant changes, 30 days' notice will be provided.
• Minor changes may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
